Thanks for the review. I think that cover of this book is great. I don't think I would have considered reading this book if it hadn't been for you. I haven't read steampunk yet, and I think this might be a good introduction.

I think I would have liked more Steampunk. That genre kind of fascinates me, as long as it's done right. But when main characters make stupid, shake-worthy decisions time after time, that dims the excitement of the story itself. This is a maybe book, I think.

I'm really not into Streampunk but most of the books I've read in that genre is quite good. I rarely read them so I can't judge how good Steampunk is. I think you did a great job not getting into much detail on your review. It left me something to think about if I'll pick this up this book or not. I tend to get off with some stupid characters. I think I need a little more persuading first. Great review!

I love the sound of everything about this book aside from the main character and her less-than intelligent decisions. Sometimes I can overlook that though if the world and the other characters are outstanding, and clearly you were able to do that as well if you still gave it a 4:) Looking forward to trying this one!

LOL that's okay, Candace, I'm exactly the same way! I'm so bad at putting an actor's face to a book character on my own because I tend to come up with my own picture of the person and it's really hard for actual people to live up to my fantasies x) Every time someone creates this uber-cast of the perfect actors, I wonder how they can do that with awe! This book has such a gorgeous cover -- if you say it's amazing, it's definitely going onto my TBR pile! ;)

I read Starcrossed a couple of weeks ago... mixed feelings with it but I really liked it. Though the twilightish feeling was stuck after I finished it. I'm looking forward on reading this soon!

I am not good at this game either. I don't really care for the books to film either, but I admit that I still go see them when they are my faves!

My picks are pretty bad, since the actors I chose played the character I chose them for. It sounds confusing now, but once you read my answer, and my picks and where they are from, you'll be like oooohhhhh that's what she meant! ;)
