Great answers hon. I said the same thing. When they show some sort of vulnerability, I tend to like them more. But I am with you guys, I have no chance in hell LOL! So true about #4, I think given his age, Ethan definitely expects loyalty. Let's face it, Merit isn't someone that follows authority to the letter, so I think that is also the reason he questions her. LMAO! I am so with you in #5, why stand there? That was my question Candace or more directly- Merit why did you watch and Ethan why did you let her. I mean how uncomfortable is that. Why did she wait for him to see her? Just all around uncomfortable. I would have high tailed it out of that house and never looked back. Of course that wasn't an option.

I love your answers! I never considered if I'd have a shot with these guys. I just prefered to leave them in fiction. I'd date them in fiction where I of course would be perfect for them. No kids, no husband, beautiful, self confident. yada, yada, yada. But in reality, I don't have a snoball's chance in hell! Good pt!

I definitely could have done without the Amber scene too. Ugh. *horrible mental picture* Not the naked Ethan part of that picture, that part I'll keep, just the naked-with-Amber part.

I love that Merit's Sentinel now, it gives her a little edge that I think will help her figure out her loyalties a whole lot quicker:)

I wasn't surprised by how the commendation ceremony played out. As the main character, there's something special about Merit, even if we don't know what it is yet.

And yes, I so saw the Ethan & Amber thing coming from a mile away too. She totally set herself up for that one...duh!
