I've spent the day clearing out my inbox and unsubscribing to some blogs I don't read anymore. Don't worry, none were book blogs! They were all giveaway blogs or cloth diapering blogs that I find myself not visiting because of lack of time and interest. I don't have time to enter all those giveaways, I'd rather enter book giveaways or be reading or blogging. I still cloth diaper but it's been two years now, I don't think I need any more tips and my stash is built up to where I probably won't ever need anymore. I still have a few I'll read, but the majority I haven't cared much about for awhile now.
Subscribing by email to blogs works great for me. I like to read through them on my phone when I'm laying in bed putting my kids to sleep at night. I have a solid hour or better to read through them. I always have the intention of going on and commenting, but more then half the time I forget or don't find the time.
The ones that end up not getting read at all are the ones that don't allow their full feed. There is one person on my list below that doesn't have the full feed and it drives me crazy! I want to read their posts, but I just don't have enough time to do it when I'm on the computer. I really have a better time getting through them on my phone by subscribing by email. So make sure you check and have the full feed selected. Not partial feed!
These are a few blogs I subscribe to by email. I read them diligently and try to comment when I can.
Blogs I've subscribed to today:
If you post reviews at least twice a week and have a full feed and you would like me to subscribe to your blog by email please let me know! I read blogs that review young adult, paranormal and urban fantasy. I read historical fiction and horror as well, but I prefer that it's a blog not solely focused on either of those (though horror is kind of a wide genre and tends to blend with others). I do not read straight romance or mystery. I'm also not a big fan of Christian fiction. I read it occasionally, but it's not often.
If you subscribe to my blog by email let me know. I'll pick from those ones first. It's possible I'll pick more then ten, but I'll certainly pick AT LEAST ten.

I normally follow blogs through Google Reader. I have a couple that I do through email. I have added yours too! Feel free to follow us if you want. tworeadersreviews.blogpsot.com
We do mainly YA reviews with some adult fiction.
Hi, feel free to subscribe to Bibliognome, http://bibliognome1.blogspot.com/.
I subscribe to your blog via email. geckyboz[at]gmail[dot]com
I only subscribe to a few blog via email, and I think your blog is one of them. I also in the last couple of months set up email subscrbing for my blog (feel free to check it out).
Orchid
The Haunting of Orchid Forsythia
I usually just look at the reading list feed within Blogger.
Jessi,
When I'm online and can squeeze in a few minutes of reading blogs (an average of 2 hours a day total) then I usually click from my reading list on blogger too. But the ones that I can say I read every single post are the ones I subscribe to. Plus it gives me something to read while laying in the dark, lol.
Orchid and Becky (and Jessi),
I'm heading off to get kids ready for bed but your at the top of my list to go sub when I get back on later. Or tomorrow. Whenever it may be, lol.
I follow by google reader-it's the most convenient for me. I do have a few blogs that I follow by email but I usually just delete their posts now (I should read delete them).
Check out my blog for mostly YA (but with occasional forays into classics, historical, romance, and mystery)
I love the subscribe by feed option also! I'm not a book reviewer but feel free to stop by and say hi some time. I've done several Baby Blogger Interviews and I think everyone I've interviewed has been AMAZING!!!!

BTW-love the blog!
I subscribe to your blog by email! :)
Hmm, I think my preferred method of keeping up with blogs is through my dashboard on blogger! Lol, and twitter! :)
I subscribe to a few blogs via email but I try not to overload myself because then my inbox gets overflowed, ahah!
If it's a blog that I want to make sure I keep up with - I subscribe by email (otherwise I forget to check it out). Your blog is one that I am subscribed to. Feel free to check out mine:

I keep it simple, daily checking my Blogger Dashboard. I've got enough going on in my inbox. This way, I can also pick which posts I want to read, depending on how interesting they look.
By the way, this doesn't fully fit your requirements, as I only review 1 book a week, but I try to keep my YA reviews...well, others call my blog "funny" or something.

if you're interested ;)
(I follow you with good ol' fashion GFC)
Email subscriptions are my favorite
way to follow a bunch of blogs.
I wish more offered that option.
I subscribe to your email feed. I think
I fit most of your requirements, I hope
you'll check out One Book Shy.

I tend to subscribe to my top five blogs but follow everyone else through my blog list side bar...not everyone updates every day.
Feel free to check my blog out, I tend to review urban fantasy, paranormal romance and YA and sometimes some steampunk or erotica...depending on how great the read is! My blog is fairly new so I don't have too much on there yet!

Hi Candace :-)
Just like you, my preferred method of following/reading blogs is via e-mail subscription. My GFC reader is too crammed and I love that with e-mails I can scroll up and down and see more of the post than just its title.
It really drives me crazy when some of my fav blogs do not have the subscribe by e-mail option! I mean how can that be possible nowadays??
Anyway, I subscribe to your blog via e-mail too (besides GFC, Twitter, etc., since I read the posts most through my emails), and if you would like to check my book blog Ex Libris, you can find it here: www.stella-exlibris.com
Have a nice day! :-)
I read through Google Reader, but I still visit the blogs when I decide to leave a comment, which allows me to see all the pretty layouts. :)
I'm with you on the full feeds. I hate it when I find a new blog and add it to Reader only to find out they have a partial feed. It drives me nuts and I've deleted most of them and have only kept one or two.
My blog is The Musings of ALMYBNENR.
I read my blogs through google reader although there is an option on my own blog to subscribe through email. I have never tried email though. I think my inbox gets full so fast that I like to keep my blog feed separate. I usually pick a time to go through them so I can focus on reading the posts and commenting on the ones that stand out to me. But, hey, I might give the email thing a try and see how it goes...
I'd be honored to have you check out my blog:
www.mysticbooklover.blogspot.com
I'm updating infrequently these days because I'm working on a Master's in Library Science and I have cataloging this semester. ::makes a yucky face:: but this summer I have YA lit and I'm hoping to update a lot!!
I forgot to add that I do subscribe my email. It's the only way to go! Most of the time, I don't ever look at blogs that I can only "follow" because I just don't have time to go check them every day or so.
We're so flattered that we made the list! Thanks for including us! I usually just see what posts have been tweeted about that I follow or poke around via the hop or my blog roll.
Aww, thank you so much for subscribing. I honestly have no clue about how the whole feed thing works. I set it up and forgot about it, but I think that my full feed shows, so I'm hoping that one person was not me.
First off, I'm glad we made it to your list *hugs* :)
I normally read the Blogs in the Google Reader which I also have as an app on my Phone. I never subscribed to a blog via email.
But honestly, I'm glad there are so many possibilities how to read a Blog.
Oh and I agree, I hate when people don't show the whole feed. I read tons of post in my Reader and when something grabs me I go to the blog and comment. But, if I never do this with blogs that don't show their complete posts. How can I know if I like the post and have something to say?
Well, I hope some people might change their mind after reading this:)
Happy Friday! (I know I'm late responding to this post!)
Hey! I subscribe to your blog :)
