This giveaway is now closed

The Books With Love Giveaway Hop is hosted by Once Upon a Twilight and Good Choice Reading.
For my giveaway I am giving away an order from The Book Depository and a box of books.  The first part is open internationally.

You may pick any book from The Book Depository ($15 or less) that has romance or love of some sort in it.  Most books have some romance, but not all.  I think it definitely keeps your options open though.

Some books that fit this theme are:

Now for the box of books.  One US reader (or US address) will win 5 of these titles (your choice).  These books are all books I’ve read and some are ARC’s.  The condition of the book is listed after.

  9. Sorry! I forgot the rest of the stuff I needed to leave, so here is my comment again and I’ll delete the last one:

I think, out of all the books I have read, Twilight still strikes me as the most romantic. Not sure why nothing else takes its place…maybe it is Edward’s constant vigilance. :)

I would love to be entered into both giveaways.

    I am in the US.

  10. It’s weird but- the Ganzfield Books by Kate Kaynak. The love story in them is on a soul to soul level. It’s beyond physical or emotional. SO ROMANTIC!

Scarlett O’Hara from Gone With The Wind.

I would say Blood Promise by Richelle Mead is the most romantic. Rose has to deal with the line of following the one she loves and becoming a strigoi, or staying just a dhampir and leaving Dimitri behind. So raw and heartbreaking. I find myself having a hard time deciding what I would do.

One of my favourite romantic couples is Jay and Violet in The Body Finder. I know it’s not straight romance, what with the bodies and all, but I just completely adore the two of them together and how their relationship grew from friendship. Not to mention, they’re pretty hot together! lol

  18. International giveaway please!

The most romantic book I’ve read so far…okay I can’t decide between Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen and Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson. Both have different types of love, but I think Gargoyle has that unique bittersweet love.

    leanniegehrke at hotmail dot com

  42. I’m quite unsure on this one… On the one hand I think I’d probably go for Jane Eyre. It’s dark, honest and interesting. The romance is timid, but bold and completely compelling whilst being heartbreaking in the middle. For something at the other end of the scale, my first Paranormal Romance type book was J.R. Ward’s Dark Lover, which is utterly amazing but in a completely different way. ;) There’s a lot of good stuff to choose from out there!

Thanks for the giveaway! I’m international. :)

rusted ivory at hotmail dot com

  43. Hmmm, I’m not sure what the most romantic book I’ve ever read was, but I definitely enjoyed Perfect You by Elizabeth Scott, it’s a more subtle romance, and it’s kind of similar to The DUFF by Kody Keplinger. I also love The Mortal Instruments Series ;)

    trixie420247 at yahoo dot com

  63. Hmm, this is quite hard because it seems all the books I read is not a straight romance book (I like books with action or adventure in them.)

So i guess the book that I consider as most romantic would be the The City of Glass by Cassandra Clare, where the protagonists in the story (Jace and Clary) thought for some time they were siblings. Though their love was strong, they chose to respect the fact that they were siblings also. It occurs to me that affection can also be portrayed in its highest form as respect, choosing other appropriate ways to express love to the other.

  95. Hi there! I am currently re-reading the sevenwaters trilogy by Juliet Marrilier, and I think these are some of the most romantic books I’ve ever read. The women in these stories do anything for love, face hardships, go against the fae, even face down their families, and thank god they get their HEA’s!! I would like to enter both, I live in the US, and I’m already a follower. Artesia at comcast dot net Thanks!!

  96. I would have to say Firelight. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting when I picked it up, but it blew me away. I’m semi new to YA and for a while I steered clear because though the covers caught my eye and the titles were cactchy, I didn’t think they could give me what I need. I’m a stay at home mom of three and on a stressful day, I needed a story with struggle and some smoking hot bedroom scenes. Jennifer Echols Going Too Far really opened my eyes and after reading Firelight, I felt refreshed. It brought me back to a time in my life where I all but forgot. That innocence you carry around when your a teenager and nothing is more important than falling in love. It was a beautiful story and I loved it. I would love to win the YA, thanks for the chance :)
